You fill out a form on our site then get a call from one of our team to talk you through your needs. Alternatively you can get started by designing a kit on our interactive kit builder. Then, we work together to get your kit design perfect and create a CAD ready for production. Once you’re happy, you pay a deposit and the kits goes into production. We aim to get them to you as soon as possible.

Sorry, for the moment we do not ship outside the UK.

Our costs vary dependent on the sport, design and age of the players. Our team will give you an estimate of your costs once you let us know what you’re looking for.

We accept payment by bank transfer, and credit card.

Kits are designed, manufactured and delivered in 3-4 weeks after initial payment.

Depending on which product you order, you have a range of materials available to you. Details of the materials used can be seen in our product catalogue.

Kit should be washed at 30 degrees with similar colours, and you should avoid tumble drying or ironing.

We have limited samples available. Please ask our team.

With sublimation your designs are printed directly onto the shirt, meaning there’s no limit to the creativity of your designs. This helps with durability and means that there will be no peeling or fading over time.

That’s up to you! All of our designs are fully customisable to your needs including different patterns, colours and your logo and sponsors’ logos. We can design them with our in-house team, or you can do it yourself on our interactive kit build.

We can provide kit for any sport! For all of the main sports, you can see them on our catalogue page. But if there’s something you can’t see on there, then get in touch and we’ll be able to find what you need.

We can provide kit of any size, and have multiple fits available for each style. Some kit is also available in women’s sizes and fits.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger of the two sizes, unless you like tighter fitting clothing in which case you would be better off ordering the smaller of the two sizes.

Our recommendation is to order the larger size if you’re between stated measurements. However, if you prefer your clothing with a tighter fit then you can order the size down. Measure your favourite clothes in a similar style and use those numbers to make your decision.

We can’t offer returns on custom products, except in the unlikely case that the products don’t meet our standards – in which case we’ll work with you to get a replacement.

Yes, once your first order is complete you can top up. Speak directly to our team for top-ups, full team reordering, or ordering additional products such as winter warmers.

Because all of our products are custom and made to order, we’re not able to resell them. This means exchanges aren’t possible. Please look at our full returns information in ‘How Do I Return an Item?’

First, give us a call or email us to check that your item qualifies for a return, refund or exchange. If a refund is offered, it will always be given using the original payment method.

We can’t offer returns, refunds or exchanges on custom items unless there’s a fault, and we may ask you for proof or to send us the faulty items before we can confirm details of returns, refunds or exchanges. You have 28 days from receiving your item to contact us about any faults.

Items purchased in the wrong size aren’t considered ‘faulty’ and therefore can’t be returned or exchanged unless the fault was with our ordering, so please check sizes carefully using our charts when ordering.
